Flintshire Freeze ice hockey club has seen some exciting changes during the closed season. As already announced, new coaches Phil Kennedy and Marc Lovell have been chosen not only on the grounds of their abilities but also their unquestionable .commitment to ice hockey here in Flintshire.

New for this year, along with our regular English National League commitments, we have joined the new Northern League set up which has for us effectively replaced the under subscribed ENL Cup. This league consists of: -
Northern All Stars, Whitley Bay, Sheffield, Blackburn (from Division 1), Bradford & Flintshire (from Division 2) and two Scottish Teams - Fife and Solway..
